Modeling of devices in a robot arc off-line programming system

More Information
  • Received Date: January 19, 2003
  • Modeling model is the basic of off-line programming system, and modeling of devices is its kernel content. Whether the model is reasonable it is associated with the system's expansibility and generic. This paper presents a device modeling approach. We adopt an object called DOF(degree of freedom), thus easily set up the relationship between the joints. Finally we develop a interactive method to define devices.
