RESEARCHES ON PULSE TIG POWER INVERTER

  • This paper describes the principle of the pulse TIG power inverter with comprehensive analysis made on the system stable-state error, the welding dynamics and characteristics, and the effective means to lower the medium-frequency noise. Compared with the conventional TIG welding machine, this new inverter proves to have much higher efficiency and power factor, less volume and weight, and especially, more precise parameter control.
