Abstract
In order to change the speed of NURBS interpolation smoothly, a real time interpolation algorithm is designed. The general evaluation method of parametric curve is deduced and the fast computation is done by recursive matrix. It can adjust the processing speed according to the shape of the curve. Then the acceleration of the micro section curve can be guaranteed by the velocity correction module and process smoothly based on the machine's starting and stopping ability. The RBF network and fuzzy control are combined, and the fault parameters are retrained in real time and then the visualization software is used to make the experiment in order to analyze and evaluate the forming quality, forming speed and prediction precision. The experimental results show that the algorithm can ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment based on a certain degree of fault tolerance with the combination of RBF network and fuzzy control.
