Interpolation algorithm and simulation of auto-welding saddle-shaped nozzle of heavy pressure vessels

According to the welding processes of nozzle of heavy pressure vessels,this paper introduced the structure and principle of the automatic welding machine,and also presenteed the mathmetical model and simplified interpolation algorithm which used two collaborative axis to form a space fitting saddle-shaped welding bead.The simulation results indicate that the two-axis interpolation algorithm can meet the requirements of the automatic welding.
