Study on appearance of weld of stainless steel electrode based on uniform design

More Information
  • Received Date: August 04, 2003
  • The appearance of weld of stainless steel electrode was studied based on uniform design method.Through mathematic statistics the mathematic model and trend dingrams were gi'en.The model reveals the law on which 10 coating materials affect the appearance of weld:) all of the coating materials affect the appearance of weld, but most of the mare mutual effects;() the effects of cryolite and titanium dioxide are square;() the effect of fluorite is negative, hut the mutual effect of it and muscovite on appearance of weld is positivel In the trend diag Tams, the relevant relation on which coating materials affect the appearance of weldcan be read directly:the effect of ferrotitanium on appearance of weld is negative first, and then positive with the increasing of electrolytic manganese;the effect of white mud on appearance of weld is positive first, andthen negative with the increasing of electrolytic manganese.
