Abstract
The properties of 2060 aluminum lithium alloy FSW joint is researched. The microstructure, tensile properties, micro-hardness, fracture morphology, anisotropy performance of 2060 aluminum-lithium alloy is analyzed by OM, SEM, EBSD and other means. The results show that The highest strength coefficient is 89.9%. FSW joint anisotropy is not obvious. The strengthening phase of 2060 aluminium-lithium alloy is mainly Al2CuLi, and the distribution along certain crystallographic orientation, that can strengthen the matrix. In the weld nugget zone and heat affected zone, precipitates dissolved and grows during cooling. It doesn't matter crystallographic orientation with matrix, form thick equilibrium phase. Due to plastic deformation and dynamic recrystallization, texture becomes weak and don't have obvious crystallographic orientation.
