Fuzzy comprehensive assessment of prototyping quality for strip cladding based on MATLAB-FIS

Abstract
Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process was employed to establish fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of prototyping quality for strip cladding with bead thickness,width, edge contact angle and straightness. The weight coefficient of each evaluation indicator was determined by constructing fuzzy consistent judgment matrix. Combined with practical welding experiments, the membership function was determined. Based on MATLAB-FIS,the calculation was carried out,and the established fuzzy comprehensive assessment model was verified by designed experiments.
