Abstract
A series of diffusion bonding experiments using Fe-Cr-Al alloy made of the methanol into hydrogen reactor, and in accordance with metallographic and mechanical test,it can find that keep the pressure constant(10,20 MPa),and temperature changes from 800℃ to 1 100℃,the interface between the base metal and the middle layer blurred to disappear, reflecting the reaction enhances. When temperature rises from 800℃,the shear strength of joint increases from 7.9 MPa to 32.4 MPa quickly(average),however, when temperature rises to a certain degree(>900℃),its growth trend slows, and fluctuations of intensity decreases. When temperature is higher than 1 100℃,the grain grows and intensity increased. When the temperature reaches 1 100℃,the base material will fracture along the largest stress concentration in tensile testing. At the same time, the tensile strength will decrease when temperature increases. In addition, considering deformation and air tightness,1 100℃,1.5 MPa and keeping temperature for 1 h is the most appropriate process parameters to weld the Fe-Cr-Al made of micro-channel reactor.
