Abstract
After analyzing some domestic and abroad electrode coating systems, a new slag system of stainless steel electrode was designed.The experiment was arranged by uniform design method and computer program.11 coating components, each of them being divided into 10 levels, were selected as independent variables, and 30 tests were done in all.The statistical data analysis was done by using blowhole resistance as function and computer software, and then the trend diagrams of effects of every ingredient and the mathematical model between blowhole resistance of stainless steel electrode and 11 coating components were given.The effect of feldspar and muscovite on the mark of blowhole resistance is positive by trend diagrams.There are interactions between most coating components and blowhole resistance by mathematical model.The searching and forecasting can be done by using mathematical model and computer program.
