Electron spark deposition on C130

Abstract
Through controlling voltage, frequency, power and gas flow of the 3H-ES electric spark harding machine, Ni35 was used to deposit on C130. After deposition, microstructure and microhardness were studied. The result indicates that the sedimentary deposit joins with the substrate firmly, the microhardness of the sedimentary deposit is 100% of substrate. The structure of the sedimentary deposit is non-uniform because of the speed and the force is instability.
