Research on inverter power equipment of microarc oxidation

  • In order to realize the special power requirements of microarc oxidation,a high-power inverter microarc oxidation power supply is developed.The structure of main circuit and the working principle of the power supply are introduced,and the control system and software which based on the core of dsPIC30F6010 are also introduced.The twice-inverter technology is used in the power supply because the higher inverter frequency,the control accuracy and response speed are improved greatly.Through the microarc oxidation power output waveform analysis and the performance test of products,the experimental results show that the output of the power supply is stable,waveform is consistent,performance is good,and advantages in technics are obvious.So the design of the power supply is rational and the power supply can meet the requirements of microarc oxidation process fully.
