Plasma cladding Ni-Cr-B-Si-Fe-based alloy coating and Fe-based alloy composite coating with Al

3+TiO
2 were obtained on the Q235 substrate, and microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of the two coatings were investigated contrastively. The results show that the interface solidification form of Fe-based alloy composite coating with Al
2O
3+TiO
