Fuzzy synthesis estimation of bead surface quality for pulse MAG welding prototyping

Hierarchy analytical theory combined with the experiment is employed to determine the surface quality synthesis estimating weight coefficient of continuity, uniformity and spatter of bead.A surface quality membership degree table is created by using fuzzy theory.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy theory are applied to estimation for practical beads.It is approved that the analyzed results accord with the actual results.
