Forming characters of Fe₈₀P₁₃C₇ amorphous coating fabricated by bar material plasma spraying

The micro-structures of Fe₈₀P₁₃C₇ amorphous coating by bar material plasma spraying is analyzed by XRD-7000 X ray diffraction instrument.The differential thermal analyzer curve is tested by CRY-2P differential thermal analyzer, and crystallization temperature is analyzed, and microhardness of the coating is tested by HX-1000 microhardness tester, and the constitution of the front face and cross section of the coating are analyzed by energy spectrum analysis.The results show that it is a close and homogeneous coating, and the bonding between the coating and the matrix is mechanical and metallurgical.The microhardness is 946-1 018 HV25, and the crystallization temperature is 433℃.
