Extension of ductile fracture based on micro-plastic damage

Abstract
Considering the inner micro plastic damage, using the finite element method (the computational cell model)and compiling the program to get parameters controlled ductile crack growth, the process of ductile fracture was simulated. The parameters to controll ductile crack growth were gotten from the simulating uniaxial tension test, which means that tests of the same material can be forecasted each other based the cell model. The results indicate that the prediction is in a good agreement with the experiment, and the cell model gives a good description of ductile crack growth. The prediction between different tests of the same material is reasonable.
