Abstract
Based on multi-factor mixture experimental design method,the multi-components mixture regression model is proposed and applied to investigate the influence of components on melting temperature in submerged arc welding flux.The complex interaction regularity among seven components of the agglomerative flux on melting temperature is revealed,and the rationing regression equation of melting temperature with flux components is developed.Results show that the interaction among MgO-TiO2-CaCO3-Al2O3 can promote the formation of perovskite and spinel in the melting flux,which increase the melting temperature of agglomerative flux.But the additions of slight CaF2,SiO2 and ZrO2 make the melting temperature to decrease.
