Stable distribution analysis to statistical evaluation of contact resistance in aluminum alloy spot welding

Contact resistance of spot welding of aluminum alloy sheets was investigated.Stable distribution and new equations were put forward to calculate contact resistance and stable distribution was used to fit contact resistance according to the solution of the new equations,then goodness of fit test was performed.The results show that new equations work out values of contact resistance in electrode/workpiece and workpieces and contact resistance distribution of aluminum alloy is stable distribution between workpieces.
