Abstract
Heat-resistant steel pipes 12Cr1MoV and austenite TP304H stainless steel pipes were joined by transient liquid-phase bonding process by using FeNiCrSiB(A) alloy as filler in argon atmosphere. The influences of the bonding parameters on the microstructures and mechanical properties of bonded joint were studied by using the orthogonal experiment, and the optimal bonding parameters were also obtained from orthogonal experiment. The microstructures, fracture appearance and the element distribution of the joints were examined. The result shown the strength of the joint bonded at 1 240 ℃ for 3 min under 4MPa with FeNiCrSiB(A) composite interlayer can reach 590 MPa.
