Acqusition and control of welding quality signals in laser welding of Mg alloy plate

Based on the multi-sensor data fusion technique and D-S theory,the method to control and monitor welding quality was designed and experiment system was established. Results proved that this system is suitable for obtaining welding quality information. Once welding defects occurrs,the welding system will be stopped and welding parameters will be revised to obtain good welding quality.
