Numerical simulation of stress field of manual swing welding on basis of cluster heat source
The numerical simulation of stress field after welding of manual swing welding was done using the cluster heat source which was obtained on basis of the energy conservation law.The regularities of distribution of longitudinal residual stress and transverse residual stress were attained.Moreover,the rationality of the cluster heat source was proved by the flat experiment.
