Application of dynamic network plan to welding production

Aimting at welding production of dissimilar steel,the optimum plan was determined adopting dynamic network plan with stage division and resource distribution.The results showed that technical problem was solved;resource distribution was balanced;time limit for a project was optimized.And productive period was shortened and cost was reduced.
