Abstract
The microstructure and tensile strength of the joints of QCr0.8/1Cr21Ni5Ti welded by electron beam located on copper side were investigated. The results showed that with the increment of the offset of electron beam located on copper side from central line of butt joint the distribution of the microstucture and compositon of weld become gradually uniform,so the joining state was improved;as the offset on copper side equals 0.8~1.0 mm,the melt-brazing joint with uniformity of the microstructure and components was formed, and the maximum tensile strength was about 330 MPa.
