Abstract
Diffusion bonding parameters including bonding temperature T,pressure P,time t,affecting the mechanism of joints of GH4141 superalloy,were studied.When the specimen bonded with 25 pm thicknickel foil interlayer was elongated at room temperature,shear fracture of the joints take place at the GH4141 wlloy.The microstructure shows an excellent bending at the interfaces.The optimum parameters for the diffusion bonding are:T=990 1080~C,P=520 MPa,t=1560 min.
