  • The technology for resistance brazing TiNi shape memory alloy wire with the numerical control alternating current resistance welding machine,CuNi filler and metched flux, was studied in this paper. The effect of welding parameters such as welding heat input, welding time, welding pressure and shielded gas on the tensile shear strength of the joint is analyzed.The optimal welding parameters obtaining excellent joint is got. The results show welding heat input has a remarkable effect on the mechanical properties of the joint. The sound joining can be realized using resistance brazing thchnology.
