Simulation research on waveform control high-speed welding system

This paper puts forward a new method of welding current waveform control.By using the simulink toolbar of the MATLAB the dynamic simulation model of the waveform control high-speed welding system is established,which include the inverter power source model,the arc load model,the wire-feed system model and the control system model.Based on the model a simulational analysis is made,and many experiments are carried out.The results show that the simulational result is identical with the experimental result.
