Statistical Distribution of Fracture Toughness for X65 Pipeline Weld Metal
Affected by the process of welding,there is the statistic variance inherently for the fracture toughness of weld metal.The fracture toughness test of X65 pipeline welds was made.The statistical distribution model was set up to fit the distribution function of fracture toughness δC.By the several statistic tests,the results show that the optimum fitting distribution of δC is Weibull distribution.
