Microstructure of Brazed Joint of Bilayer Ceramic Composite and Steel

  • Brazing bilayer ceramic composite fabricated by anthors with steel in the air have been investigated.The ultrasonic microstructure of bilayer ceramic composite,the microstructure and pattern of the brazed joint and the composite of the charactrestic points have been studied by ultrasonic microscope,optical microscope,SEM and energy spectrum analysis etc.It is concluded that after brazing bilayer ceramic composite with steel the three interfaces of the form multiplayer composite structure have been jointed well,which gives a new method for brazing ceramic with metal.
