CAD Method for the Transition of Mn、Si of Coated Electrode

  • In this paper, the regression method was taken in researching the relationships between the coating prescriptions and the alloyillg elements (especially Mn、Si) in the molten metal based on mass data of coating prescriptions and their transition elements in the molten metal. And a series of mathematical models for the transition of elements such as Mn、Si were established with the Visual Basic program language.The results show that it is a useful CAD method for the electrode design.
