Design of Part Cold Welding Electrode for Cold-roller and Analysis of Its Deposited Metal

According to weldability and situation of cold-roller,the special electrodes GT-55 and GTF-55 are designed for part cold welding.By using high density suffusing initial carbide as strengthing grains,lath martensite (M_L) and membranous remain austenite as the matrix,the electrodes make the welded metal have high hardness and cracking resistance and meet the part cold welding requirement of cold-roller.
