Touch Igniting Control of GTAW Automatic Welding Machine for End Girth Welding

During GTAW Process with lower welding current, the reliability and quality of arc ignition are seen as one of key technologies. This paper discusses the mechanism of the contact-short-arc ignition and its control technology, in which the following four technical factors are put forward:contact-short time, contact-short current, arc igniting current and its put time point.
