Effect of Alloy Elements on Micro Structure and Temperature-wear-resistibility of Plasma Arc Surfacing layer

  • This paper investigated the powder for plasma arc surafacing, which made from the temperatrue-wear-resisting ferroalloy of Cr-Ni-W-Nb system. It can take place of the expensive powder made from Ni-base and Co-base alloy for plasma arc surfacing. The effect of the alloy elements on the temperature-wear-resistibility and the wear-resisting mechanism were studied systematically.
