Fast Control System of IGBT Arc Welding Inverter

With automatic control theory,various characteristics of arc all welding transients are anylized in this paper.The considerations about the system design of IGBT iverter are put forward.With feedback sample of output current,super signal filter and leading correction,the fast control system of the arc welding inverter with super antidisturbance and good follow-up ability is obtained,the emergence of temporary over-current of power elements is restrained,the reliability of the whole-unit is improved and super welding technology is obtained with the inverter.
