Energy-controlled mode of ultrasonic plastic welder
A new kind of energy-controlled mode for ultrasonic plastic welder is reported in the paper. Using this mode the microcomputer control system contro s the welding time corresponding to the useful power signal which is sampled through the inputing transducer.In this way the weld quality is insensitive to air pressure fluctuation, voltage flutuation,etc. Therefore quality stability is increased.
