Method For obtaining information of solder joints on print circuit board and optimization of soldering path
A Computer program has been developed in this paper,by which the information of solder joints can be automatically obtained from the PCB's CAD file,and this is a one of the preconditions for automation of the SMT laser soldering process.One method optimizing the soldering path has also been put forward.
