  • One of the key techniques for the quality control of spot welding by the DRC method is to determine the dynamic resistance characteristic (DRC) for obtaining the best welding quality. On the basis of experiments and theory analysis, the modelling DRC and a set of feature parameters are described in this paper. In view of the above, an adaptive modelling DRC control is realized for RSW dynamic process of low-carbon sheet steel.
