Approach to formation of thin piece welding nugget vortex flow

In this paper,we made a systematic research on thin piece spot welding nugget Vortex flow, pointed out that the substance of vortex flow was serious macrosegregation.The internal cause was the difference of two kinds of material components, organism and function, The external conditions、were the characters of spot welding technology,especially when a hard welding standard was adopted.
