Weld seam zone penetrator and its affect on HF weld properties

By test and analysis with electronic microscope, this paper presents a preliminary discussion on appearances of the penetrator flaw along with weld seam zone and its affects on HF weld properties. And some methods are suggested to control the penetrator amount in weld seam zone.
