Constant power controlling method with half-bridge inverter of thyristors in series connection

In this paper, a mathematical model for power compensation was put foward through the out put power calculation of the half-bridge inverter of thyristors in scries connection, and a pulse generator, which can compensate out put power change resulted from the flunctuation of net voltage and arc length, was carried out finally, an inverter power source ty which both MMA ard CO₂ GMA welding with wave form control function was developed.
