Relationship between restraint intensity and restraint stress in elasto-plastic range
In this paper, emphasis was laid on the effect of the yield of weld metal on restraint stress?A formula for calculating the restraint stress in the RRC joints has been deduced with due regard to the yielding deformation of weld metals. Furthermore, the accuracy of the formula was evaluated with PRRC test.
