Analysis of droplet transformation forms of electrode

In the manual metal arc welding,there exist on the droplets two kinds of fortes,i.e.,the surface tension and the dynamic force of the gas formed in carbon oxidation.These two kinds of forces decide the droplet transformation form of the electrode.According to the characteristics of the slag syslem and the coating composition of an clectrede,the major force in the transformation proeess can be preliminarily ascertained,the droplet transformation form can be then predicted and the technological features of the electrode can be foreseen.
