REALIZATION OF APPLICABLE WELDING PROCESS WITH FREELY PROJECTED DROPLET TRANSFER IN PURE CO2 SHIELDED GAS

  • There occurs the projected transfer form in CO2 arc welding with high current when the arc is buried,the feature is similar to projected trinansfer form MIG arc welding and it is a sta ble droplet transfer form.The condition in bwhich the arc is buried are that the parameters such as CO2 gas,thick wire,high current and low voltage should be used.when the arc is buried,the atmosphere of arc column is changed,the arc appearance and arc force features have been changed and stable buried arc can be still kept.The viewpoint that the droplet free transfer form in CO2 are welding is an unstable repelled transfer form should be changed.
