J GROOVE FLAME GOUGING TECHNIQUE

This article discusses the effects of the cutting process and groove quality caused by three main factors of cutting technique——torch azimuth,cutting speed and gas flow rate.We found that the maximum effect on the stability of the cuttng process and groove size depends on the horizontal movement of the torch.The J and U grooves made with this kind of device have basically come up to the national standard and requirements.This device has been used in production.So it is of great significance in ensuring the welding quality and raising the economic effeciency.
