A STUDY ON THE TOUGHNESS OF LOW ALLOY STEEL WELD METAL——EFFECT OF MICROSTRUCTURE ON TOUGHNESS
By making use of the Ti-B microalloying of weld metal,the relation between toughness and microstructure was studied.The mechanism of improvement in toughness was investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.
