THE TECHNIQUE OF COLD ROLL WELDING APPLIED TO PRODUCTION OF SINGLE TUBE MIDDLE-COAXIAL CABLE

Some important problems of cold roll welding concerning technical specifications such as the characteristics of deformation and the rule of pressure variation have been solved theoretically in this paper.The author thus provides a sound basis for designing the welding machine and pressure wheel and specifying the welding technology.In this paper,the author also describes the technique of cold roll welding for producing single tube middle-coaxial cable.As compared with TIG welding,cold roll welding is higher in productive capacity and more economical and reliable.
