Giant transister(GTR)-inverter resistance welding power source for CAN

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种以TP801A微机为控制核心的大功率晶体管(GTR)逆变式电阻焊电源,主电路采用GTR桥式逆变电路,在焊机次级回路中,获得频率为120~260Hz的焊接电流,以适应罐头高速缝焊的需要。
    Abstract: A giant transistor-inverter power source controlled by a micro-computer TP801A which can be used as the power source for resistance seam welding of CAN, is described in this paper. A bridge type inverter circuit has been applied as the main circuit of the power source. The welding current of medium frequency (120~260Hz) is output from the secondary circuits of the power source to offer the high speed seam welding of CAN.
