多孔陶瓷的连接研究

Research on the joining process of porous ceramic

  • 摘要: 多孔陶瓷具有良好的化学稳定性及多孔材料的高渗率、比面积大的特点而被广泛应用在隔热、过滤、吸声和催化等领域中. 实现多孔陶瓷间及多孔陶瓷与异种材料间的连接,成为推广多孔陶瓷广泛应用和生产的关键. 文中通过总结多孔陶瓷及其与异种材料间不同的冶金形式、原理和特点,并概括了国内外学者在此领域近年来的研究成果,具体介绍了钎焊、微晶玻璃连接,氧氮玻璃、粘结等连接方法的研究现状,总结了这些技术的适用范围及尚存在的问题,对各种连接方法焊接多孔陶瓷时的界面结合情况进行了分析. 在此基础上,对多孔陶瓷的连接进行了总结与展望,为未来多孔陶瓷连接的研究方向与技术突破提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Porous ceramics are widely used in the fields of heat insulation, filtration, sound absorption and catalysis due to their good chemical stability, high permeability and large specific area. Realizing the joining between porous ceramics and heterogeneous materials has become the key problem to promote the wide application and production of porous ceramics. This study summarized the different metallurgical forms, principles and characteristics of porous ceramics/porous ceramics and porous ceramics/heterogeneous materials, and introduced the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. This work introduced the research status of brazing, glass-ceramic joining, oxy-nitrous glass joining, bonding and other connection methods, and focused on the applications and problems of these technologies. The interface bonding conditions of various methods were analyzed statistically. Based on this, the work summarized and prospected the joining methods of porous ceramics, and provided reference for the future research direction and technical breakthrough of porous ceramic joining.
