多孔陶瓷的连接研究进展

Research progress in joining of porous ceramics

  • 摘要: 多孔陶瓷具有良好的化学稳定性及多孔材料的高渗率、比面积大的特点而被广泛应用在隔热、过滤、吸声和催化等领域中. 实现多孔陶瓷间及多孔陶瓷与异种材料间的连接,成为推广多孔陶瓷广泛应用和生产的关键. 文中通过总结多孔陶瓷及其与异种材料间不同的冶金形式、原理和特点,并概括了国内外学者在此领域近年来的研究成果,具体介绍了钎焊、微晶玻璃连接,氧氮玻璃、粘结等连接方法的研究现状,总结了这些技术的适用范围及尚存在的问题,对各种连接方法焊接多孔陶瓷时的界面结合情况进行了分析. 在此基础上,对多孔陶瓷的连接进行了总结与展望,为未来多孔陶瓷连接的研究方向与技术突破提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Porous ceramics are widely used in fields such as heat insulation, filtration, sound absorption, and catalysis due to their good chemical stability, as well as the high permeability and large specific surface area of porous materials. Realizing the joining between porous ceramics and between porous ceramics and dissimilar materials has become the key to promoting the wide application and production of porous ceramics. The different metallurgical forms, principles, and characteristics of joining between porous ceramics and between porous ceramics and dissimilar materials were summarized, and the recent research results of Chinese and international scholars in this field were outlined. The research status of joining methods such as brazing, glass-ceramic joining, oxynitride glass joining, and bonding was specifically introduced. The applicable scopes and existing problems of these technologies were summarized, and the interface bonding conditions when welding porous ceramics using various joining methods were analyzed. Based on this, the joining of porous ceramics was summarized and prospected, providing a reference for future research directions and technological breakthroughs in porous ceramic joining.
