Abstract:
Porous ceramics are widely used in the fields of heat insulation, filtration, sound absorption and catalysis due to their good chemical stability, high permeability and large specific area. Realizing the joining between porous ceramics and heterogeneous materials has become the key problem to promote the wide application and production of porous ceramics. This study summarized the different metallurgical forms, principles and characteristics of porous ceramics/porous ceramics and porous ceramics/heterogeneous materials, and introduced the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. This work introduced the research status of brazing, glass-ceramic joining, oxy-nitrous glass joining, bonding and other connection methods, and focused on the applications and problems of these technologies. The interface bonding conditions of various methods were analyzed statistically. Based on this, the work summarized and prospected the joining methods of porous ceramics, and provided reference for the future research direction and technical breakthrough of porous ceramic joining.
