角接接头疲劳失效机理分析及寿命预测方法

  • 摘要: 对Q345钢单边焊角接接头进行压弯疲劳性能测试,通过不同应力水平下的加载试验,获取其疲劳寿命数据,分析疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展行为,揭示了接头在循环载荷作用下的失效机理. 结果表明,随着应力水平的增加,焊接接头的疲劳失效位置由焊根处逐渐转移至焊趾区域,表现出明显的失效位置迁移现象. 进一步的微观组织分析发现,失效位置迁移现象主要受材料局部强度差异及焊缝微观缺陷等因素引起的应力集中分布变化影响. 为实现对角接接头疲劳寿命的合理评估,基于试验结果,分别采用缺口应力法与结构应力法进行寿命预测和对比分析. 结果显示,结构应力法在不同应力水平下均具有较好的预测精度,预测疲劳寿命数据均落于二倍寿命分布带范围内,优于缺口应力法,验证了结构应力法在焊接接头疲劳寿命评估中的适用性与可靠性.

     

    Abstract: The bending fatigue performance of Q345 steel single-sided corner joints was tested. Fatigue life data under different stress levels were obtained through loading tests, and the crack initiation and propagation behaviors were analyzed to reveal the failure mechanisms of the joints under cyclic loading. The results show that as the stress level rises, the fatigue failure location of the welded joints shifts gradually from the weld root to the weld toe, demonstrating a clear failure location migration phenomenon. Further microstructure analysis shows that this phenomenon is mainly influenced by the local strength variation of the material and stress concentration distribution changes caused by micro-defects in the weld. To achieve a reasonable evaluation of the fatigue life of corner joints, fatigue life prediction and comparative analyses are performed based on experimental results using the notch stress method and structural stress method, respectively. The results show that the structural stress method offers better prediction accuracy across different stress levels, with predicted fatigue life data falling within twice the life scatter band, outperforming the notch stress method. This validates the applicability and reliability of the structural stress method in fatigue life assessment of welded joints.
