钎料表面微结构对糊状钎剂黏附性的影响

Effect of surface microstructure on adhesive ability of flux suspension

  • 摘要: 文中采用金相显微镜、润湿角测定仪、表面张力仪等分析手段,分析了钎料表面微结构对糊状钎剂黏附性的影响.结果表明,糊状钎剂可在擦洗、擦洗+精轧两种钎料表面黏附润湿或浸湿,但不能自行铺展润湿.与擦洗钎料相比,糊状钎剂在擦洗+精轧钎料表面具有更大的接触角滞后、糊状钎剂黏附量,且黏附层分布相对均匀,收缩坑较少.糊状钎剂在擦洗、擦洗+精轧钎料表面的黏附功和黏附张力,分别为106.39,29.89和110.28,33.78 mN/m.糊状钎剂在擦洗+精轧钎料表面具有更大的黏附功和黏附张力,是其表面黏附量大、黏附层均匀、收缩坑少的主要原因.

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the effect of surface microstructure on wettability of flux suspension with the equipment of OM, Wetting Angle Tester and Surface Tensiometer. Experiment results and analysis show that flux suspension can adhesional wet or soak on the surface microstructure of brazing filler metal which is treated by scrubbing,scrubbing+finish rolling, but can't self wetting. Compared with scrubbing filler metals, scrub+finishing filler metals have lager contact angle hysteresis, adhesive quality of flux suspension. Adhesion layer is well distributed, and has less shrinkage hole. The adhesion work and adhesion tension are 106.39, 29.89 and 110.28, 33.78 mN/m, when flux suspension is wetting brazing filler metals treated respectively by scrubbing、scrubbing+finish rolling. With larger adhesion work and adhesion tension of scrub+finishing filler metals result in larger adhesive quality of flux suspension,well-distributed adhesion layer and less shrinkage hole.
