基于ANSYS优化设计求解双椭球热源模型参数

Parameter optimization of double ellipsoidal heat source model by ANSYS

  • 摘要: 为实现双椭球热源模型(double ellipsoidal heat Source model,DEHSM)参数自动化求解,基于ANSYS优化设计,提出一种新的DEHSM参数求解方法.根据提出的方法,利用VB语言开发了DEHSM参数求解程序,分析了程序失效原因,给出了处理对策;对四种不同的焊接工艺参数,采用开发的程序求解了DEHSM参数,并比较了熔宽、熔深的计算值与实测值的差异.经实例验证表明,在保证求解精度的前提下,提出的方法和开发的程序能够有效地求解DEHSM参数;提出的基于ANSYS优化设计求解热源模型参数的方法及相关优化变量的设置,还可适用于高斯热源、3D锥形热源等其它热源参数的求解.

     

    Abstract: To automatically solve the parameter of double ellipsoidal heat source model (double ellipsoidal heat source model, DEHSM), a new method for solving the parameters of DEHSM was proposed based on ANSYS. Then, a program was developed for solving the DEHSM parameter, and then the program failure were analyzed, the strategy to solve the problem was listed. Finally the DEHSM parameters in four different process were solved with the program, and the difference between calculated values and measured values of penetration and width of welding pool was compared. Theoretical analysis and example results indicate that, in the premise of accuracy assurance, the proposed method and the program can effectively solve the DEHSM parameters. The proposed method and the pattern for setting the related optimization variables can be also suitable to Gauss heat source model and 3D conical heat source,etc.
